Ann's Cottage - How to Find us
Rosedale valley is 9 miles North West of Pickering. Take the A170 west from Pickering, then turn North at Wrelton, through Cropton and on to Rosedale Abbey. Once you reach Rosedale Abbey, take the CASTLETON road North out of the
village. After 1 mile take the ROSEDALE EAST ONLY junction directly ahead, the road with the motorbike in the photograph.
Follow this for another mile, and when you reach the CREAM PAINTED HOUSE (the Orange Tree), turn left into the private lane. You will find us first on the right.

From Castleton, take the road to Rosedale and Kirkbymoorside. After about four miles you will see Ralphs cross, after which take the left turn to Rosedale. Follow the road for about 4½ miles, turn right and follow the road until you reach the CREAM PAINTED HOUSE, then turn left down the lane.
